final connection issues


Hi I have a beam 2 and was looking to add 2 Sonos ones to it but every time I try to add them it can’t finalise the last step called Sonos they changed router settings but can’t help anyone had this issue ?

I’ve had similar-sounding problems in the past and they were always solved by a call to Sonos, often quite easily. I suggest you do that. https://support.sonos.com/contact

I redispatched my Sonos in the house this morning and 2 One and One SL can’t finalize the very last step, the linking to my account. I did a hard reset but it changed nothing.

 

While it went fine with two other Ones that I paired to my Beam.

 

Update : the problem solved itself after login ou/login in in the app.

Hi yes been on phone to them and they are unable to help further. Tried deleting app reinstalling it nothing has worked
