When I’m listening to my Roam on Wi-Fi using a music service such as BBC Sounds, the music stops every time my android smartphone receives a message. NB the phone is not actually being used to stream the music to the speaker - it just usually happens to be in the same room somewhere. It’s very annoying !
Does anyone know how I can stop this from happening ?

Do you also have your phone connected to the Roam by Bluetooth? If so try turning off the Bluetooth and have a friend call you to see if that is the issue.

Great, I’m not usually a Bluetooth guy but my new hearing aids are happy to stream Amazon Music from my phone and I saw similar glitches there.
