OMG the new app is absolutely awful… how do I go back to the old one. Even amazon music does not work with it.

You can’t. Just wait six months or maybe longer or shorter and they might have things fixed. Enjoy 😉

I think the Amazon music issue is separate although odd that it happened with the introduction of the new app. They are looking into that apparently and it’s a pain as this is my music service!.
