Questions about Port + Turntables and Amp

Hello:

I’m trying to understand if connecting a pre-amp powered turntable to a port will enable me to play vinyl across my current system.

Entertainment room

• Arc
• Amp (aux disabled)
• 2 pair Sonance in ceiling speakers connected to Amp as surrounds. 
• 1st gen sub

3 other Rooms

• Sonos Play:1

i had to disable my Amp’s aux port for surround to my ceiling speakers, and am curious if hooking a turntable up to a port and connecting that to my system will deliver sounds across this system and other rooms.
